Nah, it isn't. It's a 3D game with a car in it. My sister remembers it, said it had a tow truck in it. Parents said it might have been like a chevron game since the chevron cars were so popular back then.

UPDATE: I found the premise of the game in an old yahoo answers question. There was no answer. Here it is: There was this game were you were a little red car and you had to help your friend JC find parts for the car before JC got taken to the scrapyard by the mean tow truck.
