Bad dudes. It has all the story I could ever want, those action stages are basically filler.

I have a soft spot for Lufia II. It was basically my first real RPG and the fact that it's kind of an unknown to most people just makes it seem more special. It's one of the very few SNES RPGs (not counting SFC games) that really nails the feel of an anime drama-adventure.

It's not my favourite /vr/ story, but Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode has a pretty awesome story about Golgo 13 getting framed for a crime he didn't commit by neo-Nazis.
