OP, I'd hold onto them for a couple more years. Assuming you came here for advice because you aren't too savvy of retro gaming, we are currently in a weird time. Systems costs have risen about 30% in the last 1-2 years. It's kind of crazy. If you hold out for a year or 2 I could see you getting a pretty penny for all this stuff.

OP, I'd recommend you go to pricecharting.com and use the lot calculator it's not 100% accurate it but it will let you calculate your games as well as the consoles. The things like that game gear carrying case I'd just go on ebay and look at the sold listings.

random tip: Virtual Boy head units are common, but the visors and stands are not very common, so if yours are there and in good condition then you're in luck for that system.
