I own a bunch of old SNES games from back in the day, but unfortunately, my SNES itself doesn't work anymore. Since I'm in the market, should I just get a replacement, or is there some sort of clone I could use instead?
Just grab a real super nintendo

I would attempt a repair and if that doesn't pan out, sell it for parts and buy a replacement
What's wrong with it?

Your dads wife might have a recommendation.
Here is an important question.... Do you have a wife? If so, I have the perfect system for you.
Honestly bro, unless you're getting something real novel like that portable SNES console, you're better off just buying the original system.
Surprisingly, while the price of retro games themselves has risen to absurd levels, the systems themselves are still only around 50 bucks, which is the same you'll end up paying for a high quality clone anyway
And if you want a portable SNES like pic related, you can just make one yourself for probably less by looking up some tutorials on the internet.
