It's a Majesco re-release, you can tell by the grayscale cover on the manual and the "Sega" logo on the inside of the box. The original release had a color manual cover and "Konami" branding on the inside of the box.

Once i bought Silent hill, metal gear solid and final fantasy tactics for 5 bucks, it was a good deal too. I could sell it for about 40 bucks easily but i rather keep. Also bought one time snes super mario kart for 1 dollar, and i sold that one for 25 on ebay.
