Same here. The bit where the gardener freaks out about the seed and fertilizer with the music speeding up especially. Also a good portion of Ayla's dialogue in Chrono Trigger.
Woolsey may have done some dumb stuff now and then, but he occasionally did something funny.

I can't remember but I recall there were at least a few. The one I'm positive I chuckled heartily to was the ending of the Moleville minecraft ride ending.
It was just so over-the-top, going fast as hell with the goofy music in the background and flying full speed off a goddamn cliff through someone's roof.
Sure it's nostalgia speaking, but in hindsight, SMRPG was the first time we saw anything one could truly call "humor" in a Mario game.
