Desert level was my jam.

Always enjoyed both games far more than Mario Kart or Diddy Kong Racing tbqh.

Like other people are saying I enjoyed the second one more, but the first is still a solid game. Of the two, the first probably does have the better soundtrack and atmosphere. The second one has more track variety, but in a way less personality because of that. The first game got the snowboarding 'vibe' just right.
