たそがれ can mean both "dusk" and "twilight". Dusk more explicitly marks the end of the day, with Necrozma eclipsing Solgaleo, and Dusk Lycanroc being Midday Lycanroc beginning to take on traits of Midnight Lycanroc, so it works just fine. They kept consistency with たそがれ for both in the English version.

Plus Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings are a more natural duality than "Twilight Mane Necrozma" with "Daybreak Wings Necrozma" which are the alternate ways to take away the Japanese names of each form.
