So far, we've had Z-Moves confirmed for Lycanroc and Kommo-o. I feel if they add an Ultra Beast Z-Move, it'd be one all of the UBs could use.
And if I were to put money on what other regular mons would get exclusive Z-Moves, I'd pick Mimikyu, Vikavolt, Bewear, and Salazzle.

Maybe they could stop being assholes and give it the buff they gave Arceus. In gen 7, Multitype triggers and changes Arceus' type even if he's holding a Z-Crystal instead of a plate. Make it work like that for Silvally, make Multi-Attack work with any Z-Crystal, and make it so Multi-Attack specifically being altered by a Z-Crystal gives you a unique move. That way you can still use your Z-Crystal for one of Silvally's other moves if you want Z-Parting Shot or whatever cookie cutter shit.

Well that's a given, but now with the introduction of new UBs, some anon are thinking the idea is possible

They're almost assuredly waiting until September 22nd for the Alolan Johto Forms reveal to tie into the VC releases of GSC, plus it brings us back to the quick trailer turnaround hype cycle that they've used previously for the games
So I imagine next week we'll get conformation of new Alolan forms, October will have 2-3 trailers detailing the plot, more UBs, more forms, etc.
And then November will be trailers with the extra stuff like postgame right before launch
