Sun and Moon were brand new games that people wanted to experience for themselves, which is why people complained that they showed too much.
Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon on the other hand are just enhanced remakes of Sun and Moon. We've already experienced those games, so it's important for them to show us what they've changed and added so that we can be assured that we're not going to be paying full price to play the same games over again.

If we can't even account for why 2 people of the same gender can have such a large amount of variation in their brain structure, there's no way you're going to convince me (with sample sizes not even totalling 100) that somehow we can conclude trannies are in fact closer brain wise to their perceived correct gender. Are reasons that will be high in all suicide attempts regardless of gender. A suicidal person is likely to not be supported by their family regardless of whether they're male female or other. Same with if someone is homeless, being pressured into a forced marriage, etc. Unless you can directly compare those slightly old results with those of non transexuals and see a marked difference then you've not really provided any evidence to support that notion (that transexuals suicide rates are due to acceptance and not general mental problems). Speaking of which, you would expect those factors to play into suicide attempts in mentally ill people as well so that's a thought.

I posted that mostly to show that brain differences could be found, even with a small sample size, mostly to try to show that it wasn't a mental illness, since it's not directly linked to the mind but seems to affect the brain. I don't really care whether they can say they are of a different gender or not, but I care about the fact that they do feel that way, that it's not dismissed yet, and that it doesn't fall - for now at least - under mental illness - but under disorders.
Suicide stuff was mainly to show that there still isn't enough evidence to effectively do without that harassment and no support part, and that nothing seems to properly show that the change in gender itself is what makes suicide rates go higher, which was the theory in the post I was replying to. It could as well be linked to the fact that they don't feel they are the gender they were born with, for example, so it's way too hasty to have a settled view on the matter assuming there is something inherently wrong with them.
You can, of course, assume there could be something wrong and that's fine, but we're still pretty much in a grey area - so in my book, they get the benefit of doubt at least, not harsh statement about how they are mentally ill and stuff like that.

I'd still argue that it is unclear that it is a mental illness. It's not because something does cause problem to people that it is a mental illness. There is currently a lot of controversy about where gender dysphoria stands, from what I've read.See link before : http://www.who.int/bulletin/volumes/92/9/14-135541/en/

What needs to be acknowledged is that there is a problem, a disorder whether mental or not. One of the question is whether the person in question can help it, since the feeling appears to be rather stable - at least before a sex change.

So you do need to take measures. I'm all in favor of more research. Yet it still is difficult to say that the cause of everything is that sensation of being a different gender itself, not what's wrapped around it.

I still think there is a problem with using the term mental illness rather than mental disorder, because as far as I'm concerned - at least for my mother tongue - it does have differences. Whether gender dysphoria needs to be cured can also be argued, I don't think it needs to, rather people need help coping with help - help that sometimes take the form of a sex change.

I think you can argue against sex change itself, but that you shouldn't argue against the fact that the person identifies as that specific gender or what not, because that's probably not the problem.

Anyways, if you have other intersting links, I'm willing to read, even though I seem to still disagree with you - but it's probably more of a "What exact word should we use to convey that very specific thing" rather than the arguments themselves.
