Solo Pokemon runs. What do you think of them? Are you doing one right now? I'm currently soft resetting for a modest female fennekin on Pokemon X. I was trying to push my way through with a lonely natured one but after the fifth gym I just restarted.

I don't think much of them. I respect the effort of the player if they're doing it because they like the mon in question, but it's not some mind blowing thing. It's not hard to do.
