Poliwrath has three good sets in PU: Restalk, Specs and SubPunch, use the one you like better.

Cap Pikachu is worse than normal Pikachu since they can only have Hardy Nature, have no access to Nasty Plot (pre-evo move) nor egg moves, no access to event moves either and also always have Static instead of Lightning Rod.

Pikachu is shit nonetheless but normal Pikachu is a bit better.
