Played FrLg before RB, The only difference is that I liked how fucked up and different the mons sprites were and I already expected the sevii islands to don't be there.

One of things I liked about FRLG and HGSS were how the music was arranged.
Of course when you're going from 8-bit to whatever the GBA and DS used you're going there are going to be some differences and upgrades in sound, but I liked what they did to the themes and gave new life to the music. I can't really put my finger on it
