Not together. Most types weak to flying resist fighting, and vice versa. It's much better to have an individual fighting and flying attack

Muddy water would be interesting as a water/ground move. While it couldn't hit flying types, it would cover enemy ground, rock, steel, fire, poison, electric types in a single move. For a pure water type this would allow it to cover literally all its weaknesses (electric and grass) by carrying muddy water and ice beam alone.

The elemental punches (and any kicking move for that matter) should never be made into dual X/fighting moves. Ghosts would become way more powerful than they need to be if that were the case, and thunder/ice punch would lose its purpose on mons that need to hit flying types.

Assuming it works exactly like flying press (that behaves as a pure fighting move for STAB purposes):

80*1.5*1.33 = 159 effective base power

In top of that, its type matchup is now:

>Neutral on: everything else

While I'm unsure how much of an advantage or a drawback the new type matchup is for Yveltal, having a draining move of 159 base power sure is convenient regardless.
