Finally got a Game boy player for Gamecube. Anybody know if you can trade in 3rd Gen just using a GBA and one of these GB to Gamecube cables? or if I need an actual GBA link cable?

To be fair, they can be easily beaten in 20 hours.The prima guides are like $5 and they handhold you through it all. If you have the time/cash, I'd suggest playing both. XD is an indirect sequel to Colosseum, in a way.
