Start by taking Primarina out of the picture with an electric attack, since she's the only one that's even somewhat of a threat. The next 2 turns should be as easy as taking candy from a baby.

Tapus are clearly the best.
Koko, Bulu, and Lele constantly fluctuate between A and A+ rank OU. Fini has been B+ for the majority of the gen.
Ultrabeasts are easily second best.
Pheromosa is chilling in Ubers, Celesteela is A+ rank OU and Kartana is B+. Buzzwole and Xurkitree are both BL. Nihilego recently dropped to UU. Guzzlord is PU with a niche in NU.
The next two are more arguable, but I'd say the alola forms are better.
Ninetales is the face of Aurora Veil teams in OU and Marowak is really solid breaker. Muk has a niche in OU but is UU. Sandslash is really good in NU. The rest are PU.
The starters are probably the worst.
Primarina is A rank UU and C rank in OU. Decidueye recently dropped to RU. Incineroar is mid tier NU.
