Ghost needs better moves in general, and not exclusively signature moves.

Marshadow can keep Spectral Thief, that shit's busted.

Defense 145 (+10)
Sp.Atk 70 (+5) (because GF does stupid shit like this)
Sp.Def 145 (+10)
Speed 70 (+25)
Also learns phantom force via evolution.

Now it has a niche as one of the very physical ghost types in the game.

An alternate Mega that is physical would be cool tho.
