If I manage to get the Sub up immediately and the opponent doesn' t have a Grass type or something with Magic Bounce he has to waste a dozen or so rounds before bringing it down while I slowly chip away health on all of his mons

Pair with Sunny Day + Trick Room support for maximum annoyance

Does it actually outspeed anything relevant with that speed investent?
