Why is double team banned for making the game too luck based and uncompetitive yet this shit is allowed? At least Double Team needs 6 turns to set up to have a 60% chance to make the opponent do nothing, Serene Grace Togekiss/Jirachi need 1 turn and 2 to make that a 75% chance.
