If 70 HP is the average person (with regards to stamina and fortitude when in a fight,) then I'd say I'm about 75 - 80.

If 70 Atk is the average person (with regards to physical fighting skills and ability to lift weights etc,) I'd say I'm about 80-85.

If 70 Def is the average person (with regards to being able to physically take a hit and not be hurt/respond,) I'd say I'm about a 100-110.

If 70 SpAtk is the average person (with regards to overall intelligence,) I'd say I'm about a 120-130.

If 70 SpDef is the average person (with regards to patience and emotional stability,) I'd say I'm about 90-95 (good patience and emotional control most of the time but nothing to write home about.)

If 70 is the average person (with regards to overall run speed and reaction time,) I'd say I'm about a 50-55.
