I don't really work out, but I find that most Pokémon music is either too slow or I just don't like it. The only fast ones I like that I can think of are the Alola Elite Four, HGSS Frontier Brains and Dark Rust's theme from Rumble Blast.

Alright prepare for some major autism, OP

I created a special playlist that will play certain songs whenever I reach certain places when I'm cycling. Like, lets say in my city there's this long bridge suspended over a wide river. When I reach that place, the music for Sky Arrow Bridge will play, and then there's this business center with lots of skyscrapers and upon reaching that place, Castelia City music plays.
Every song is kind of appropriate to the area I reach and it was all put into place according to my average speed

I use this app called Strava to record my bike rides and my overall progress
And then I analyzed stuff about the ride, did the math, made calculations based on how much time i took when going from point A to point B, etc etc and then I created my playlist based on my average speed and time so that each specific song will play once i reach certain places in the city
Slateport City music plays when I arrive at the seaside, Pokemart music plays when I'm near the big mall, Per Aspera ad Astra (the song when you ride fug to attack the meteor containing Deoxys) plays when I'm climbing uphill, etc etc
