It was a long time ago, but from what I remember (and basically what the card says), Giovanni built this thing >>33407641 to be the ultimate pokemon and offered a rare badge to lure in trainers so it could learn every move possible. The characters derp around for awhile doing nothing in particular until eventually Mechamewtwo does learn every move, except for, both implausibly and VERY conveniently, thundershock and thunderbolt, which is where Ash comes in, who has pikachu use those exact two moves. Then real Mewtwo comes in and uses the power of friendship or some BS to make the UNFEELING ROBOT POKEMON LEARN ABOUT LOVE and it self destructs.
Also they made Giovanni Ash's dad and Oak was dating Ash's Mom.
