When are we going to see someone in a pokemon game like a gym leader or an elite four member who doesn't have a team based on a single type, where they actually have a well balanced team and you need to be prepared to counter that team? And I'm talking like almost a competitive tier team. Where you actually have to have some sort of strategy and not just a strong move of the type that thing doesn't like to get rid of it.

Not E4 or rivals, but they use teams based on specific stats.
Fucking brilliant if I say so myself!
Also, N in BW2 uses weather teams.
