Since we know the regional dex is getting an upgrade (And most likely a national dex this time too)
Who should they add and distribute this time?

It doesnt have to be all of them, just a larger amount, like the jump from BW's dex to BW2s dex, or as big as XYs dex was
Though they might just cram everyone in there for VGC purposes and the fact that it's the last game on the system, HGSS had a huge amount in game too
