Delibird. I really like Delibird, but you can't get more fucked. 5 generations and it still can't get anything done. A lot of other Pokémon are in the same situation, but Delibird is the poster Pokémon for uselessness.

Druddigon, my favorite dragon type.

He has good abilities, he has glare, his stats aren't terrible! I love his design, the gargoyle motif is pulled off in a really cool way with him. But no one else seems to like him.

To make up for it I always use him in dragon monotype teams as a lead, mold breaker glare+stealth rock for 100% paralysis on any non electric type and hazards that can't be blocked my magic bounce.

I'm gonna say Latios from the Pokémon Heroes Movie. This one is self-explanatory. I can remember watching this film as a kid when I was sick one day and had to stay home from school. It was pretty heart wrenching for me to watch back then.

I remember reading somewhere that they are actually just weirdly shaped hands. Like confirming that it has only one actual head. I can't remember where exactly though. It also doesn't help that I think you can feed them in Amie.

I used one in my first ever VGC tournament, in 2012.
I went 3 rounds before being knocked out (single elimination), and he seemed pretty good. Admittedly back in those days the standard of play was very, very low so you could practically do that well just by knowing the type chart.

Slugma has to stay hot or it solidifies and dies. When it evolves into Magcargo, it has a shell which is made out of itself, and also makes it kinda worse since fire/rock isn't good. It comes from Gen II, people also seem to forget that (if they didn't forget about it in the first place).
