I feel bad for Shadow. His character is repeatedly assassinated by hack writers trying to appeal to emo teens and the few attempts to redeem it are all in objectively awful games even by Sanic standards.

Both cute Pokemon and cool Pokemon can be good, if they're done well. There's a right way and a wrong way for both.

Huh, I thought I was the only one that noticed stuff like that. He started off as a cocky evil counter-part to the blue blur with slight tinges of angst here and there, mellowed out a bit in Heroes, went full crawling in ShTH, and then mellowed out again and became a headstrong leader in (unfortunately) 06. From that point on, it's been nothing but OwTheEdge memes.
