Oddly, ORAS introduced 4 new moves (Precipice Blades for Groudon, Origin Pulse for Kyogre, Dragon Ascent for Rayquaza, and Hyperspace Fury for Hoopa Unbound), 3 new abilities (Desolate Land, Primordial Sea, and Delta Stream), and the very obvious 21 new formes, including Hoopa Unbound.
No other Pokémon game introduced new moves or abilities on mid-Gen... until USUM introduced Clangorous Soulblaze.
