Create a strong ability you would like to see in the games, but they have to be realistic.
I'll start:
Melting
Ice-type moves are super-effective on Fire-type pokemon.
Pic very related.

>Hypothermic
It's literally Slush Rush.
Sneaky
Priority moves by the user have their priority increased by 1 stage.
I really like the ability "free will" from that list.
>>33357723
You forgot Imprison in your description of free will
also
An Eager Pokemon with U-Turn would be a fucking nightmare
>>33357775
You'd have to slap that on an absolute shitmon for it to not be broken though
>>33357723
Thick Skin is stupid, it's just Long Reach
Splinters is p. shitty, the Fog and Fresh Air ones are broken as dick
>>33357888
Splinters is great, automatically laying Spikes is awesome.
Each time the Pokémon with that ability survives a contact move, the Pokémon has a 25% chance to heal all of his HP.
Ninpo
Uses a move when switched in. Move depends on HP.
76%-100% - Substitute
51%-75% - Fake Out
26-50% - Detect
1%-25% - Explosion
>>33357723
Empathy is op and free will is broken
I don't have a name for this but if the defendant is hit with a critical, the attacker cannot move or switch (as if it were recharging)
Tenacious: if you receive enough damage to be KO'd, reduce that damage in half.

Internal Balance:
All attack boosts also boost special attack, all special attack boosts also boost attack
