Low call rate? I know the feeling. Sharpedo was the same. About a less than 10% chance to fish one from a bubbling fishing spot. Non bubbling is 1%. Those fuckers NEVER call for help and you have to wait one turn to see if they have speed boost or not. I've had the bait sharpedo run out of PP and struggle itself to death without even calling anything. Meanwhile enjoy getting poison fanged by the surviving sharpedo. In the end I gave up. Too much bullshit for a beast ball speed boost sharpedo.
