Current precedent is the start of the gen some pokemon get stat buffs. Mid gen change is always movepools.

Is there any hope at all that any Gen 7 Pokemon are gonna get buffed in USM? My hopes are that Ribombee, Salazzle, and Non-Dusk Lycanroc will get some form of buff, these three are my bros and I don't want them to be shitmons forever.

All things considered it's still very unlikely they'll ever give similar boosts to starters, legends and any pokémon above 500 bst in general

XY and SM both buffed some stats, Mantine is pretty much the only one I can think of though that benefited greatly from it.
