Ledyba, Ledian, Spinarak, Ariados, Crobat, Chinchou, Lanturn, Marill, Azumarill, Sudowoodo, Politoed, Slowking, Snubbull, Granbull, Corsola, Delibird, Skarmory, Kingdra, Miltank, and Blissey are already available in SM.

Tyranitar has a Mega, so it and its pre-evos won't get Alolan forms.

None of those Pokemon will get Alolan forms.

I'd look at Johto mons that got stat buffs or new toys in SM like Aranidos or Mantine. I figure there's a chance the new moves or higher BST was to make way for their Alolan formes.

Being already available shouldn't impact the possibility though. If anything, I'd say it might make it MORE likely. If they're pushing so hard for USUM to be this "alternate dimension" it'd make sense for them to say, "In this alternate dimension, Pokemon previously native to Alola have changed?! New Alola Forms!"
