No you don't you want it in the spot-light where its most powerful in a tier that it doesn't belong. If you want it to be used in OU with all the other broken shit, then set up a team around it, nothing is stopping you. Its completely viable to climb using a pokemon or two from UU, however if you don't have the team comp to back it up, you won't succeed.
