The goal of the tiering system, ideally, is to let as many Pokemon as possible have a viable niche in at least one meta. Obviously BL hells exist and there are mons that can't be saved like Unown or Ledian but it's either accept those losses or deal with 700+ mons being unviable on Batttle Spot.

Is there an active community for anything outside Ubers, OU, UU and LC?
The others are playable tiers but when there are so many of them now you have to wonder if they can even sustain a playerbase.
