Didn't see one, made one. #BeTheChange or whatever
Anyway, i've been nuzlocking Platinum. Lost my starter (Alakazam) to a well-timed signal beam from Byron. On my way from Valor to Verity and the lack Fly users is really starting to get to me.
oh its you again
im playing pokemon gaia at 3rd gym
all nicknames are soundcloud fags i listen to besides shocktens, who is just a meme
Not a Nuzlocke, but I have been replaying Platinum as well. I just finished preparations to face off against the Pokemon League.
Playing Crystal and I'm almost at Ecruteak. My team is:
>Tediursa Lvl19
>Growlithe Lvl19
>Heracross Lvl19
Right after I'm able to surf, I'm gonna skip past all the trainers and catch a mantine and a delibird, then fight them again. However, I'm not sure what my last mon should be

So sue me ;) How's Gaia, would you recommend?

>Gastrodon
Legit one of my favorite gen 4 mons. Water/Ground gets played out a lot but I always had the most fun with Gastrodon. Dat Storm Drain

gaia is good, but some sprites are off, some moves and evolutions are bugged, and is unfinished with very slow updates
>>33306504
It is finished?
>>33306526
its not
all 721 pokemon are not implemented yet, the game ends on precimos island with like 3 or 4 cities unvisited, no pokemon league, is missing most mega evolutions, has bugged mega evolutions, and still has the move and regular evo bugs
despite this, gaia is still a good game with a cool region

Same.
Unfortunately in Gen 4, Storm Drain doesn't boost Sp. Attack and doesn't provide a Water immunity. Its solely a doubles ability that prays the opponent doesn't have Surf or Muddy Water. This one has Sticky Hold.
I had to choose between him and Quagsire, but ultimately I chose Gastrodon for the cool factor despite his lower Attack and Defense stats and worse Ability.
