Razor Claws had no business being that hard to obtain in Sun and Moon. Every Jangmo-o I encountered kept summoning Hakamo-o, and the two or three Kommo-o that did come out of the woodwork didn't have a Razor Claw either.

Eventually I left to do something else because I was so mad, and when I came back, I literally got it off the first Jangmo-o I found (which was the second Pokémon that appeared). With a 5% encounter rate AND a 5% chance of holding a Razor Claw, after at least 5 or 6 hours.

It was obviously designed to make use of Shell Smash which would be understandable to give it the worst Fighting STAB options. Too bad when they thought it would be OP with that set up move they didn't bother to fix it's offensive movepool to compensate.
