Or you could make a new move. I like making new moves rather than buffing them, unless it's a complete garbage move that literally no one uses even in-game, like Leech Life was before the buff. Air Slash is fine the way it is, its main appeal is the flinching, not the base power. If you want something with more power, how about...

There, it's a flying-type Heat Wave. That's more of something for the base power. If you want more power you can use Hurricane, if you want an effect you use Air Slash.
