Its a solid design in my opinion for the johto region, being its all rural/aestetic japan

I went to a tournament last year which was Gen 2 rental sets only, and Qwilfish was insanely overpowered.
It's the fun thing about Random Battles, Challenge Cup, Rental sets etc.; you always end up with the most unexpected Pokémon being mvp.
