I would like a normal persona game, but instead of having personas, demons and shadows, it would be all pokemons. The final boss would be Arceus, since he was God, who in the past separated pokemons and humans in two worlds because he thought that the two races could not live in harmony, the group of protagonists would all be human, except one, that would one Pikachu able to speak, and his "personas" would legendary pokemon.

Digital devil saga seems to fit the bill for me. Trainers turn into their Pokemon. Also it would have the engine for it.
