There is usually 2 new Zelda games a system, and there were still 2, even with the remakes.

Why not both?

I like all remakes in the sense that it 1.) gives a new perspective on the original games 2.) may change certain things to alter the experience 3.) QOL changes might make me appreciate the initial games more.

That's why I have Shadow of the Colossus on my PS3 already, but I'm still going to buy the PS4 remake.

OoT and MM are old games though, nothing wrong with remaking them.
Wind Waker I'm on the fence about, but TW definitely didn't need a remake that fast.
None of them come close to remaking a game that is literally just one year old though, like what is the case with USUM.
Even then, just because one franchise does something lazy doesn't mean others are free to do the same shit without criticism.
