No it's not, git gud faggot, it's a good albeit risky strategy, setting up is difficult, but if you manage to do so you can sweep an entire team with just a mere chimecho, it's also predictable when you see a smeargle on any team, you can easily roar them away or use unaware pokemon or simply use double kick to kill smeargles

Got swept by a doubles monoflying team that I had virtually no chance of losing against.... if it wasn't for rock slide missing both foes 4 turns in a row and thus giving the opposing honchkrow plenty of time to moxie up. I wish I was making it up.

Got swept by literally every mon that learns quiver dance at least once in SD random battles, by virtue of getting teams that simply have no way of stopping a quiver dance sweep. My funniest one had to be getting a team of 5 water types and a cherrim against a lilligant with HP fire.

Got swept by an eviolite ivysaur once in OU because I forgot to put EVs in the team I was testing.

In return I have swept with a few shitmons and mememons here and there: specs unown, dusknoir and sudowoodo in randoms, pyukumuku and mew transformed into shuckle in doubles.

Never ever bully a Chimecho, I love setting up this strategy, it's risky, difficult to set up & it's useless against dark pokemon, but it's definitely worth a try, stored power reaches a max of 500 base power per attack, on the real cartidge it can reach up to 800 or more.
