Been wanting to get into ROM hacking but never had the patience or time to learn how, yet I have a bunch of crazy ideas that I want to make real.

Some help from any ROM makers?

if you're willing to pay money and can make sprites and shit for fakemon, RPG Maker with Pokémon Essentials isn't a bad option and it's not as complicated as making a rom file using a real cartridge

When I messed around with rom hacking I found a map editor for gen 3. The UI eas easy to learn and use for simple things like editing wild pokemon but for events and road blocks you'd still have to code them in.
