Tought Claws is a good ability for it, tho. It powers up Accelrock, lets Fire Fang deal with Celesteela and Magearna better. Return is nice as it basically lets you set up on predicted Landorus-T switches as it OHKO's at +1. Also, it lets you threaten Toxapex better. You would be surprised on how many things Lycarnoc could force out with a TC-boosted Accelrock.

Just off the top of my head Thunder Fang absolutely ruins Tapu Fini even without SD.
Also it's pretty insignificant but it's worth noting you can run Adamant over Jolly if you're running SD and Accelerock, since your'e going to be outspeeding your opponents anyway.
