What is the best tier to start? I'm kinda getting tired

Start OU and then mess around with lower tiers. OU is most general/repetitive IMO, but you learn the basics and can get to intermediate level through practice. You can then apply strats you learned there when building weaker teams at low tier, which I find much more fun.

Well, found, anyway. I stopped taking competitive seriously after 4/5th gen. I still think it peaked during 4th.

Don't listen to him, OU is shit. You're just going to get raped by Greninja or Magearna or maybe Landorus in every single game. RU is probably best right now, and Anything Goes is always playable if you aren't taking things seriously.
