Would this be balanced considering how shit ice types are?
Icy Terrain
>Every pokemon on the ground that isn't an Ice type has their speed cut by 1 stage
>Ice types take reduced damage from supereffective moves
>Activates Slush Rush and Aurora Veil can be used

Here's mine:
Poison Terrain
>Every Pokemon the ground that isn't a Poison or Steel type takes 6% damage at the end of each turn
>Poison type Pokemon or Pokemon with the Poison Heal ability the ground recover 6% HP at the end of each turn
>Damage taken from Fairy type moves is halved

That Icy Terrain would be insane.
