Another thing I noticed's that both Lycanrocs have techically 3 exclusive moves:

-Accelerock
-Quick Attack
-Wide Guard

>Midnight
-Counter
-Reversal
-Taunt

So I can see it having 2 from the other doggos + an exclusive one.

Considering Rockruff and Lycanroc's special moves consist mostly of Hidden Power, Round, Echoed Voice and Snarl, they would need to give it way more than just Power Gem to make it better than special Minior.
