this is true. even choice scarfed it has nothing on tapu koko in that regard. immunity to ghost is cool but not that great, especially versus resistance to dark and just generaly better bulk.
BUT what if he was focus banded. he could glare, survive, and then get a hit on dugtrio with u-turn, which would be weaker than koko, but give you paralysis on dugtro, which actually is kind of interesting. if the math works out that a u-turn from heliolisk could break some common substitutes with full attack investment... idk it could be interesting.
