This trailer was released four months before BW2's released. It had new trainers, new towns, new gimmicks, it showcased pretty much entirely new stuff.
We're three months away from USM's released and we have a forme that's literally just a recolor with parts from a different model slapped on.
If you want /vp/ to be excited about the new games then Game Freak needs to show us that the new games won't be complete fucking trash like the rest of Gen 6 and 7.

My problem wasn't that they revealed everything in SM, it was that they seemingly didn't reveal anything due to how much stuff was seemingly still there only to find out the reason it looked like they only revealed half the Dex was because the game only had a half-sized Dex. My problem with SM is that it has fuck-all for content (that and it has way too many fucking cutscenes to the point that I can't enjoy the content that is there but that's beside the point). USM is shaping up to be another SM, and they're probably intentionally creating such a long news drought because they don't have fucking anything to show.

They didn't even make a deal out of it. We would have gotten a mini trailer with the pokemon team blaring in the background while Dusk Lycanroc gets revealed like how most mons were announced leading up to S/M.
