Please, no shitposting.
Nostalgic. I'm only 20, and that plus starting late means Gen IV were my first Pokémon games. I've of course since played the originals but DPPt and HGSS are my most nostalgic game soundtracks.

Oh ok.
>>33197475
Like they're trying far to hard to improve on the original.
>>33197475
It's so nice and relaxing. Makes me want to replay HG/SS.

HGSS have some of the best tracks in the game
And this is where ORAS fails, all the new music fails to do anything unique or new. In fact, it sounds just like the old music with higher quality trumpets.

Umm... That's exactly what a remake should do. There are so many tracks in HGSS that were ruined because they tried to shoehorn in new and different shit. Cherrygrove city, Johto wild and trainer battle, and Ecruteak city for some examples.

Nah, not everyone has shit taste like you.
Ehhh, I honestly find it a little boring. I know Vermillion City is a place with a dock and all, but I just find it a little on the sluggish side. I prefer the FRLG versionand I hate FRLG's soundtrack more than HGSS's.

Nah. GSC still has the best music, and it's a crime HGSS ruined so much of it with poor instrument choices and generally trying to fix what wasn't broken. Even the fucking FRLG updates of Johto tracks are better.
I will give though that for the most part the brand-new tracks for HGSS like the box legend battles and Route 47 are much better than the brand new tracks ORAS has like Wally's Encounter or Zinnia's battle theme.
>>33197475
I liked it, Gen 5 still the best though.

TN: Opinion stated as fact.

>>33197475
I imagine a time when I'm old that the original Goldenrod song will make me weep ;_;
>>33197475
I want to go back
I want a god damn do-over
