When I was eight I drew tf art of my self-insert mary sue OC turning into a grovyle. Don't have it anymore, though.

Best I've done are a bunch of the several hundred I came up with to get them out of my head as best I can when I was 16/17 and a Pikachu which actually came out pretty well I drew on my old desk when I was around 20.

I wish I had them with me. I remember always drawing a chain of circles and sticking a spike on one. Onix, magnemite, voltorb and easy-to-draw others made frequent appearances.

I tried to make my own Pokedex when I was like twelve or something. Only got about fifteen done I think. Coincidentally I had made a grass flying starter and a grass ghost pumpkin tree.
