anything is better than adding dark, at least. it basically just adds weaknesses and a useless resistance to a few types and immunity to psychic

Any already slow bulky mon with Gyro Ball like Ferrothorn, Avalugg, or Spin Hazard Bug off the top of my head.

Something that's already super fast like Ninjask or Deoxys-S wouldn't mind it too much either. In fact, in Mix & Mega, Deoxys-S still outspeeds most of the meta with Sablenite.
